In addition, it has private parking inside and outside of the property. Our panoramic view at Ocaso Luxury Villas, LLC allows our guests to experience Rincon’s beautiful sunsets and sunrises, the view of 7 different nearby towns. The best part is that it’s only a few miles from the ocean and exuberant mountains.

The space

The four apartments are conveniently equipped with high efficient A/C, working spaces, Smart TV, high-speed internet, private bathrooms, microwaves, a fridge, a coffee machine with coffee cups and sugar, and dining ware to enjoy any meal. The Ocaso Penthouse Apartment II is the only one with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (four burners), a full fridge, and sanitation stations on different entrance points of the property.
